As part of Bulli High School's 70th Anniversary celebrations, we invite our community to enjoy this special video featuring former science teacher Irene McGrath, recorded 20 years ago.

Irene taught at Bulli High School from 1962–1970 and again from 1985–1997. In this fascinating interview, she shares memories of her time in the classroom as a female teacher during an era when class sizes regularly exceeded 50 students.

Her reflections offer a unique glimpse into the history of our school, the changing landscape of education, and the dedication of the teachers who helped shape generations of Bulli High students.

We hope you enjoy this journey down memory lane as we celebrate 70 years of Bulli High School and the people who have contributed to its proud history. 💙💛

A massive congratulations to our public speakers on what has been an enormously successful week.

Isabella (Year 11) was awarded first place in the Regional Final of the Plain English Speaking Competition and will now progress to the State Semi-Final. Well done, Isabella!

Ten students also represented the school in the South Coast Public Speaking Competition, with two students achieving second place honours. Congratulations to Pippa (Year 7) and Calina (Year 9) on this outstanding achievement.

All participating students are to be commended for their excellent preparation, confidence, and commitment throughout the competition.

A special shout out and thank you also goes to debating and public speaking coach Kristy Markulic for her tireless dedication and support of these students. Achievements such as these are made possible through the hard work and commitment of teachers who work diligently behind the scenes to help our students succeed.
