It's none other than THE DANCING GRANDAD! 💫

A super cool guy with a super cool story, we are very excited to welcome him to our community, our hall and our dance floor. Michael's story has struck a cord with me because I know he's not the only one in the big wide world who didn't always get to dance exactly how they wanted to....and yet he's found a way to do A LOT of dancing now! 💥

From hearing the message as a child that "Boys don't dance" to dancing multiple times a week at multiple venues in his 50's, it seems he and dancing, but also he and No Lights No Lycra are just made for one another! 💛

Maybe you can hear parts of your own story reflected in his. Maybe you want your own relationship to dance to shift somehow. Whatever it may be, we've got you. No lights, no steps, no judgement. Come as you are and leave a little lighter than when you walked in. Find Michael's story at
