A full house for our Small Business Week Brunch & Learn! 🙌

Yesterday we welcomed a capacity crowd of local business owners and leaders to West Palms Studio for our Western Business Leaders Brunch & Learn: How Resilient Leaders Build Resilient Businesses.

Facilitated by Lisa Infante from Courage to Change Collective, the session challenged us to think differently about resilience - not simply as our ability to keep pushing through, but as our ability to lead with greater clarity, make better decisions and focus our energy on what will genuinely move our businesses forward.

There was plenty of conversation, reflection and connection in the room, and it was fantastic to see so many members of our local business community come together to learn from one another.

A huge thank you to Lisa for guiding such an engaging and practical session, to West Palms Studio for welcoming us into their beautiful space, and to Pony and Cole for the delicious brunch! 🥪

And of course, thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event a sell-out.

We were proud to deliver this event as part of Small Business Week 2026, alongside the Office for Small and Family Business, and to see such a strong turnout from our Western Business Leaders community. 💙
