Woolgoolga Swim School Woolgoolga Swim School provides swimming lessons for people of all ages, from babies to adults. We also provide stroke development and squad training.

Woolgoolga Swim School is committed to providing a high quality and enjoyable swim teaching/coaching service to people of Woolgoolga and surrounding townships, using the principles of motor learning as the foundation of our teaching and coaching. We have two fully heated and indoor swimming pools split for different abilities, you can learn to swim the whole year round. We provide the following:

If swimming during winter make sure you dry your child well before leaving the swim school and wear warm clothes after your child's lessons.

Swimming over winter has a number of benefits for your child:
1. It helps with skill retention: if you stop swimming over winter commonly your child will lose their skills that they had built up over the summer.
2. Improves health and immunity: regular swimming over the winter helps strengthen your child's immune system thus helps in preventing colds and flu.
3. It can improve cognitive function: swimming is great at supporting cognitive development and can also help improve concentration.
4. It is less busy over winter: This gives your child the greater opportunity to improve the swimming skills
