💙 To the Brisbane parent, carer, family or kin who are always the ‘anchor’ – this one is for you.

When you’re supporting a child or young person with complex mental health, the pressure to ‘stay strong’ is constant. But even the strongest anchors need a place to rest.

Our Resourcing Your Journey workshop is in Milton this June. This isn’t about being told to ‘do more’ - it’s a 100% peer-led space where we explore how to sustain ourselves through systemic stress, judgment, and the daily challenges of caring.

Why join us for this Brisbane session?

🌱 Learn real self-care strategies that support your wellbeing without extra pressure.

🧠 Understand how stress from family challenges, services, and judgment affects your health.

💪 Recognise your strengths and support networks to better manage the tough times.

🛠️ Find simple ways to care for yourself while supporting your young person.

🔋 Prevent burnout with everyday self-care tools.

🤝 Connect with others who face similar challenges.

Come as you are. Leave with a little more space to breathe.
