Welcome to Week 3! 🌊
Time flies when you’re having fun in the water!

Fun swimming fact: Swimming uses almost every muscle in the body while being low-impact on joints — which makes it one of the best all-round exercises for kids and adults! 💪

Just a reminder that as we’ve moved into our winter hours, there will no longer be water in the outside play pool. Thanks for your understanding and we’ll see you at lessons! 💙

Our Teeny Rays is a relaxed, casual class designed for little ones aged 5–12 months.

🕒 30-minute sessions
💲 Only $10 per week
✔️ Attend one, two or all three sessions each week — totally flexible!

Class times:
• Monday & Wednesday: 3:00–3:30pm
• Friday: 10:00–10:30am

🌊✨ Welcome to Week 9 – SAFETY WEEK! ✨🌊

This week is all about Safety Week, and our swimmers will be practicing important water safety skills in a clothed swim session!

Our Mini Stingers, Whip Rays, Speckled Rays, and Electric Rays will be learning how it feels to move in the water while wearing clothes — building strength, awareness, and confidence. 💪🌊

👕 What to Bring:
Please pack clothes to swim in:
A t-shirt and long pants, OR
A long-sleeved shirt and shorts

These should be worn over swimmers during their lesson.

If you happen to forget — no worries at all! 😊 Classes will still run as normal.

We’re excited for a fun and valuable week of learning! 🐝🌊
