With an active El Niño declared, this fire season could start early. This year's Bushfire Safety Q&A, hosted by CFA, has been brought forward to give support workers and service providers the best chance to prepare.

While this event is hosted by the Victorian fire services, much of the advice and many of the resources apply nationally. The Australian Fire Danger Rating System and Australian Warning System are used across the country, so the messaging is relevant wherever you are.

Join to hear about the upcoming fire season, learn about new and updated resources, and ask your bushfire safety questions.

Tonights training session involved pumping drills. Crews were tasked with setting a hydrant, showing water and completing a change over from pump supply to hydrant supply.
