Today we recognise those who's duty it is to run towards danger when others are told to leave.

On International Firefighter Day, we thank our incredible CFA members and all of those who protect communities in times of crisis and every day in between.

Your courage, commitment and care don't go unnoticed.

On this day, many years ago, Australian & New Zealand troops landed at Gallipoli. It was here they banded together and forged the ANZAC spirit through courage, sacrifice and mateship.

Today, we honour their sacrifice, along with those who continue to serve our countries and the many who stand beside them.

Yarrawonga CFA was proud to be represented in today's parade by both senior and junior members.

💚💜GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL💚💜

Yarrawonga CFA are teaming up with SES Yarrawonga Unit & Central Murray Bank to collect donations for The Royal Children's Hospital.

We know times are tough, but when our community comes together, every dollar makes a real difference!

If you would like to join us to help collect, please meet at the Yarrawonga CFA (Woods Road) at 8:00am on Friday 3rd April. Drinks, snacks & lunch will be provided.

Our crews will be heading out around town from 8:30am so listen out for the sirens! You can also donate directly at the CFA station.

🔥 JUNIOR BRIGADE REGISTRATIONS🚒

Looking for a fun, but challenging after school activity for your 11-15 year old kids?!

Yarrawonga Junior Brigade is recruiting a limited number of Juniors for 2026! We meet once a month, teaching activities based around firefighting skills, working as a team, being involved in community events and fire safety education.

Please note, our Juniors do not turn out to emergency calls!
