With only three months until our pre-selection weekend on the 21st and 22nd of November, we were definitely taking care of business on the weekend at Yering Christmas tree farm! All of our olive trees (104) were pruned with precision by Alex Alessio tartufo mio and then the branches chipped by Simon. The trees look quiet naked without their leaves, but It is about sustaining the tree and its future growth. We now have a wonderful pile of mulch and some beautiful foliage inside as well.

It’s Christmas in July Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. One of our beautiful Christmas trees has been selected for the celebrations on Lake Mountain this weekend. Along with Santa 🧑‍🎄 and Mrs Claus 🤶the tree 🌲 is looking the goods 😍. We hope everyone has a great weekend celebrating with lots of snow ⛄️

The 2026 Olive harvest is done and dusted. A tonne,1000 kg of olives picked and processed, our largest harvest to date! We now have 160 L of delicious organic, extra-virgin cold pressed olive oil ‘liquid gold’ sitting in our family room waiting to be bottled up in September. Bellissimo

It’s not just Christmas trees we grow! The 2026 Olive harvest has begun. A big shout out to our pickers Lachie, Elinor and Gab. An abundant crop this year, with only 1/3 of our trees picked, Simon took a trip up to see Umberto at Murrindindi Olive Grove. The olives have been processed, and with 52 L of oil already, we are ready to pick again next weekend. Our delicious olive oil will be for sale this year at the Christmas tree shop
