Yorketown Country Fire Service Official page of the Yorketown Brigade of the South Australian Country Fire Service Yorketown CFS attends anywhere between 40 - 50 calls a year.

Yorketown Station is the Group Base for the Southern Yorke Group of the SA Country Fire Service. Yorketown Members are trained in Special Courses such as Breathing Apparatus, Road Crash Rescue and Hazardous Materials. These calls range from Grass Fires, Scrub Fires, Structure Fires, Vehicle Fires, Road Crash Rescues/Vehicle Accidents, HAZMAT Incidents as well as attending to Fire Alarm Calls, Tree

s Down, Flooding and other Storm related calls. We also have members attend larger fires around the state as part of a Southern Yorke Strike Team.

There will be an increased movement of trucks and personnel around the station, Sort & Save Shed, and SYP Community Hub

Access through the driveway next to the Community Hub may be restricted at times.
