The participation fee is 1000 AZN (excluding VAT) for 2 participants per company.

Note: Travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the participating company.

Registering does not confirm your attendance. Your participation will be considered after re-confirmation at the end of the registration process. Companies that have confirmed their attendance will receive an e-mail with a detailed agenda and location of event.

Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB), together with 8 tourism industry partners including AZAL - Azerbaijan Airlines promoted Azerbaijan as a year-round travel destination through a series of roadshows in , , and from 21-27 August.

The events held in and brought together more than 400 representatives from leading travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, media outlets and other tourism industry representatives. The events featured presentations on Azerbaijan’s year-round tourism opportunities, recent developments in the tourism sector and a range of tourism products.

Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) organised a media familiarisation trip for international content creator Yuji Beleza, who visited from 22 to 26 August.

The programme offered a closer look at Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage, culinary traditions and craftsmanship. Across and , Yuji experienced a range of tourism offerings, from the UNESCO-listed Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve and Heydar Aliyev Center to Shaki Khan’s Palace and Kish Temple, while also taking part in piti and shebeke masterclasses.

The initiative aimed to showcase ’s tourism potential and increase international awareness of the destination. Yuji Beleza reaches an audience of more than 18 million followers across social media platforms.

Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) organised a familiarisation trip to Garabagh and East Zangezur on 24-25 August, bringing together 50 representatives of the local tourism industry. The two-day programme took participants to the cities of , and , showcasing the regions’ tourism potential.

The trip was designed to highlight the regions’ cultural and historical heritage, natural attractions and diverse tourism offerings to local tourism industry representatives.

On August 13, 2026, the Representative Office of Azerbaijan Tourism Board in the Federation held a destination presentation in the format of a business breakfast for representatives of the travel industry. The event was organized as part of a joint promotional initiative with leading Russian tour operator FUN&SUN.

The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation with the travel industry and further promote as an attractive travel destination in the Russian market. Participants discussed the country’s tourism potential, its diverse range of travel experiences, and opportunities for further cooperation with Russian travel agencies.

Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) is participating for the first time in Virtuoso Travel Week 2026, held in , , from 9 to 14 August. The country's participation is aimed at expanding its partner network in the luxury travel segment and increasing awareness of 's high-end tourism offering among international travel advisors.

The event brings together thousands of leading luxury travel professionals and tourism providers from more than 100 countries, creating opportunities for business development, industry engagement and new partnerships.

On 30th July, Mr. Florian Sengstschmid, CEO of Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB), held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam, a delegation from Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism, and representatives of Vietnam’s tourism industry.

The meeting focused on promoting mutual tourist flows between and , strengthening Azerbaijan’s presence in the Vietnamese tourism market, and exploring opportunities for cooperation in tourism education.

The roadshow will showcase the tourism potential of Azerbaijan and will take place in the following cities:
21 August 2026 – Shymkent, Kazakhstan
24 August 2026 – Almaty, Kazakhstan
25 August 2026 – Astana, Kazakhstan
27 August 2026 – Tashkent, Uzbekistan
