REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES TO THE NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION

1. Suitably qualified Firms are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of external audit services to the National Housing Corporation (NHC).

2. The successful Tenderer will be required to audit draft financial accounts for the years ending March 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026 that have been drawn up on the accrual basis to comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium Sized Entities (IFRS for SMEs) under the historical cost convention.

The National Housing Corporation is aware of and assiduously working on rectifying sewage related issues throughout the various estates. These efforts, however, are being hampered by the discovery of constructions encasing some manholes in areas such as Deacons Farm, restricting access to cleaning areas. These encasements will have to be removed to enable continual estate maintenance. We are currently in the process of demolishing and resolving these issues. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
