On this Father’s Day, the Democratic League of Women extends warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, guardians, and father figures.

Today, we celebrate the men who lead with love, guide with wisdom, and support their families with dedication and strength.

Fathers play a vital role in shaping our homes, communities, and future generations through their care, sacrifice, and commitment.

As we mark this special occasion, we encourage all fathers to continue being role models of integrity, compassion, and responsibility.

International Women’s Day Church Service at St. Leonard’s Church in Westbury Road, St. Michael with Rev’d Canon Dr. Sonia Hinds.

The guest speaker was President of the National Organization of Women (NOW),
Ms. Mallisa Savoury-Gittens.

In attendance at today’s service was our Vice President of the Democratic League of Women, Mrs. Amoy Gilding-Bourne and members of the National Organization of Women and members from the St. Leonard’s Mother’s Union.
