When last you got tested for HIV,
or any of the other STIs like
syphilis, gonorrhoea or
chlamydia?

Wilma Wellness has something to share!

Once you are
sexually active, you should get
tested for these infections
according to your risk:-
๐ŸŸข If you are faithful to one
partner you should get
tested every year
๐ŸŸข If your partner changes
or you have more than
one partner, you should
test more frequently.

Getting tested and getting on the
treatment that is right for you is
important.

โžก๏ธ Also remember!
1. Use condoms correctly
and consistently every time
2. Maintain one (1) sexual
partner
3. Donโ€™t become sexually
active until you are emotionally
and physically ready for that
stage

Visit your nearest polyclinic for
testing or call ๐Ÿ“žfor advice at 536-
3315.

Strengthening the bond and fostering trust between you and your partner reduces anxiety and uncertainty in a relationship. You can't get a grip if you bounce from one relationship to the next. It's not the asphalt this time.

Get tested and get treated for sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and HIV.

Testing and getting on treatment if tested positive for a STI is critical.

Remember;
๐ŸŸข Use condoms correctly and consistently every time

๐ŸŸข Maintain one (1) sexual partner

๐ŸŸข Don't become sexually active until you are emotionally and physically ready for that stage
