Expo Osaka 2025 Sweepstakes Winners

Invest Barbados recently hosted a Meet & Greet to welcome the Grand Prize winners of the Expo Osaka 2025 Sweepstakes, Ms. Fusako Fukui and Ms. Ayuri Suzuki from Nagoya, Japan. Returning to Barbados after 15 years, the winners were welcomed by the CEO Kaye Greenidge, Deputy CEO Sandra Payne and Manager of Investment Generation & Aftercare, Adrian Sealy, along with representatives from the Embassy of Japan to Barbados, Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc, Export Barbados and Barbados Government Information Service.

Minister of Public and Private Investment, Hon. Indar Weir, is featured in the Financial Times’ Investment in the Caribbean documentary series, produced in collaboration with the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA).

The series highlights investment opportunities across the Caribbean, with a focus on logistics innovation, renewable energy, and agri-tech.
