The Barbados Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) 2026 Conference concluded last Friday in , delivering a highly engaging and impactful event. Hosted by BIBA, the conference once again brought together industry leaders and professionals for meaningful dialogue on key trends shaping the sector.

Invest Barbados was proud to participate as both a sponsor and exhibitor. Over the two days, our team engaged with several attendees, exchanging perspectives on emerging industry trends and reinforcing Barbados’ position as a leading jurisdiction for captive insurance.

We commend BIBA for a well-executed event and look forward to ongoing stakeholder collaboration, as we further strengthen Barbados’ position as a leading hub for captive insurance and risk management solutions.

This prestigious honour, which falls under the Foreign Direct Investment Awards category, highlights Invest Barbados’ outstanding commitment to fostering economic development and promoting Barbados as a premier jurisdiction for global investment. The Go Global Awards, a keystone annual programme of the International Trade Council, recognises excellence in global trade, innovation and market expansion.

Kaye Greenidge, CEO of Invest Barbados, expressed sincere pride and gratitude on receiving the coveted award.
