TYPES OF RELAYS:
Relays are electrically operated switching devices that control high-power circuits using low-power control signals. They play a vital role in motor control, automation systems, protection circuits, power distribution, and industrial control panels. Different relay types are designed for specific switching, timing, protection, and safety applications.
Common Types of Relays
1️⃣ Electromagnetic Relay (EMR)

7️⃣ Mini Relay
A compact electromagnetic relay widely used in PLC panels, automation systems, control panels, and electronic equipment where space is limited.
8️⃣ DIP / Signal Relay
Designed for switching low-voltage and low-current signals with high reliability, commonly found in communication, instrumentation, and PCB circuits.
9️⃣ Buchholz Relay
A gas-actuated protective relay installed between the transformer tank and conservator. It detects internal faults by sensing gas accumulation or sudden oil movement and provides alarm or trip signals.
