আজ লায়ন্স ক্লাব অব চিটাগং মিরসরাইয়ের সার্বিক সহযোগিতায় এবং লিও ক্লাব অব চিটাগং মিরসরাইয়ের (Leo Club of Chattogram Mirsarai) তত্ত্বাবধানে নগরফুল হলিডে বৈকালিক স্কুলের ষোলশহর রেলস্টেশন শাখায় একটি ফুড ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন প্রোগ্রাম সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রায় ৬০ জন পথশিশুর মাঝে খাবার বিতরণ করা হয়।

​মানবতার এই সুন্দর আয়োজনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন লায়ন্স ক্লাব অব চিটাগং মিরসরাইয়ের ডিরেক্টর ও সিনিয়র গভর্নর এডভাইজর লায়ন তাহের আহমেদ, রিজিওন চেয়ারপার্সন (HQ-Admin) লায়ন ইলিয়াস সিরাজী, ক্লাব প্রেসিডেন্ট লায়ন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার তাওসিফ ইমরাজ শিহান, ক্লাব সেক্রেটারি লায়ন রুহি মোস্তফা, ফার্স্ট জয়েন্ট সেক্রেটারি লায়ন নুরনবী মিয়া এবং ফার্স্ট জয়েন্ট ট্রেজারার লায়ন সায়েদা ফাহমিন।

​এছাড়াও লিও ক্লাব অব চিটাগং মিরসরাইয়ের প্রেসিডেন্ট লিও ইমাম হোসেন,রিজিওন ডিরেক্টর লিও আসিফুল ইসলাম, ক্লাব ট্রেজারার লিও তাপস নাথ, লিও নাজমুল রিফাত, লিও রিফাত এ নাইমা এবং লিও আল রিজোয়ান উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

​উপস্থিত লায়ন্স নেতৃবৃন্দ তাঁদের বক্তব্যে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের নিয়ে কাজ করা চমৎকার সামাজিক সংগঠন 'নগরফুল'-এর ভূয়সী প্রশংসা করেন এবং ভবিষ্যতে এই সংগঠনের সাথে আরও গভীরভাবে কাজ করার আশাবাদ ব্যক্ত করেন।

​নগরফুল হলো চট্টগ্রামের একটি সামাজিক ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন, যা মূলত সুবিধাবঞ্চিত ও পথশিশুদের জীবনমান উন্নয়ন, শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য ও মৌলিক অধিকার নিশ্চিত করতে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

Empowered for Service: Lions Club of Chittagong Mirsarai - 1st Club Meeting (2026-27)

Yesterday marked an incredible start to our new Lionistic Year. We successfully held our 1st Club Meeting for 2026-27 at Prokriti Hall, CLF Building, Chattogram, uniting our passionate leaders to pave the way for a year of impactful service.

Highlights:

1. Commenced with recitation from the Holy Quran, the Oath of Allegiance, and a moment of silence for past secretary Ln. Engr. Ashraf Uddin.

2. Outlined the annual service goals, signature "Eye Camps," and upcoming initiatives including food distribution, tree plantation, and fish fries.

3. Proposed unique community projects like anti-drug and anti-adolescent gang campaigns, plus a marathon.

4.Celebrated our 13 members appointed to the District Cabinet for 2026-27.

I’m pleased to announce that I’ve successfully completed the District-315B4 (Bangladesh) Club Officers’ Schooling for 2026.

​Representing the Lions Club of Chittagong Mirsarai was a true honor. The training provided us with the tools to ensure our club operates with the highest standards of integrity and commitment. I am coming back energized and ready to hit the ground running with our upcoming service initiatives.

​I look forward to our next meeting to share some of the new ideas I’ve picked up and to hear your thoughts on how we can best support our community in the coming months.
