Advance flat selling advertisement of a plot at jolshiri

1. Bldg will be G+8,

2.Each floor 2520 sq ft.Single unit,

3. Double unit 1260 sq ft.

4. Single unit 2520sq ft floor space price 75 lac

5. Double unit flat floor space price 40 lac.

6. Construction will start from Dec 2023.

7. Construction cost will be beared rationally .

8. Land owner will construct the bldg by his own construction company.

9. Minimum 50 lac taka as down payment rest step by step .
