Startup Icon Rajshahi 2026 | From Idea to Business Powered By and YOUReach - Youth in Research and Action for Social Change

Rajshahi long known as the city of education is now emerging as a growing hub of technology-driven entrepreneurship and innovation.

Funded by the World Bank and implemented under the supervision of the ICT Division, Bangladesh, the Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Development (DEIED) Project successfully organized Startup Icon Rajshahi 2026, creating a strong platform for young, technology-focused startups and innovators.
The Program was Organized by YOUReach - Youth in Research and Action for Social Change Under the DEIED Project.

The event was graced by the presence of , Shish Haider Chowdhury, ICT Secretary , as the Chief Guest, who emphasized the importance of fostering new startups, encouraging innovation in the technology sector, and empowering young entrepreneurs to lead Bangladesh toward a sustainable digital future.

DEIED Project consistently envisions a vibrant technology ecosystem where new startups emerge, innovative ideas are transformed into impactful ventures, and young innovators from Bangladesh stand tall with confidence at both national and global levels. Startup Icon Rajshahi 2026 reflects this commitment by connecting ideas, technology, and entrepreneurial spirit.

This initiative was not merely a competition; it was a strategic step toward building a strong innovation-driven startup ecosystem in Bangladesh.

The journey has just begun driven by innovation, powered by youth, and guided by a shared vision for a technology-enabled future.

ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে UIHP start up স্প্রোগ্রাম। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একাউন্টিং বিভাগ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগের চেয়ারম্যান স্যারদের সাথে এই বিষয়ে আলোচনা করি।আগামী ২৯ নভেম্বর হতে এ প্রোগ্রাম শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে। আইসিটি বিভাগের অধীন বাংলাদেশ হাইটেক পার্ক কর্তৃপক্ষের ডিজিটাল উদ্যোক্তা ও উদ্ভাবন ইকোসিস্টেম উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে দেশের ২৪ (চব্বিশ) টি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে যা বিশ্বব্যাংকের অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত হবে। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সকল শিক্ষার্থী এবং আশেপাশের অন্যান্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা এ প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতিকে দ্রুত উন্নয়নের জন্য প্রয়োজন তরুণদের ব্যবসায়ী হিসেবে গড়ে তোলা। এটি একটি চ্যালেঞ্জিং কাজ। চ্যালেঞ্জ অতিক্রম করতে পারলে ইনশাল্লাহ ইতিবাচকতার পথে বদলে যাবে বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতি।
