🌱 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡’𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟓𝟎?

Bangladesh’s low-carbon future cannot be designed behind closed doors – it should be 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞-𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭.

💬 “Young people will live with the consequences of today’s decisions and will soon be in positions to shape the future.”

🇩🇪 German Ambassador to Bangladesh, Dr Rüdiger Lotz, stated the importance of a whole-of-society approach at the University Dialogue on People-led LT-LEDS (Long-Term Low Emission Development Strategy): Bangladesh’s Low Carbon Future at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) in Sylhet.

Around 220 students and young people came together to explore how technology, innovation, data, and youth-led solutions can help build a low-carbon and climate-resilient Bangladesh.

The dialogue, organised by Youth for NDCs with support from the German Embassy Dhaka highlighted the importance of bringing young people, universities, communities, businesses and policymakers into the conversation on Bangladesh’s long-term development pathway. 🌍✨

A great example of German-Bangladeshi 🇩🇪🇧🇩 cooperation turning innovation into action for clean energy, sustainable agriculture and rural development! Supported through the German-funded GET-PAP project, with cofinancing from the EU Delegation, the project combines technical expertise and financial support of the German Development Cooperation. GIZ and Fraunhofer ISE provided technical, research and policy support, while KfW Development Bank provided capital grant financing through IDCOL.

📩 ইমেইলের হার্ড কপি সাথে না রাখা: আমাদের নিরাপত্তাকর্মীরা আপনার অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইলের একটি হার্ড কপি দেখতে চাইবে।

💶 ক্যাশ টাকা সাথে না রাখা: ভিসা প্রসেসিং ফি পরিশোধ করার জন্য নগদ (ক্যাশ) টাকা সাথে রাখবেন। আমরা ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা অনলাইন ব্যাংকিং গ্রহণ করি না।

🙎‍♀️ ভুল আকারের ছবি: নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার বায়োমেট্রিক ছবির আকার 35x45mm, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড সাদা, এবং এতে আপনার মুখের ৭০-৮০% অংশ দেখা যায়।

While a visa gives you pre-clearance to visit a Schengen country, border police still have the final say on granting entry to each traveller. Make sure to carry all your required documents when you travel, in case the police need to verify your information.

ঢাকায় অবস্থিত শেনজেনভুক্ত দেশগুলোর দূতাবাস থেকে:

আপনার ভিসা আপনাকে ভ্রমণের পূর্বানুমতি দেয়। কিন্তু যেকোনো শেনজেন দেশে ভ্রমণকারীদের প্রবেশের বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সীমান্ত পুলিশের হাতে। তাই অবস্যই আপনার সব কাগজপত্র সাথে রাখবেন, যাতে পুলিশ প্রয়োজনে আপনার তথ্যাদি যাচাই করে নিতে পারে।

#𝟏𝟎: 𝐀 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 🚩

We strongly encourage visa seekers to complete their applications on their own. It’s not rocket science! You can do it! It saves you time and money, and gives you full control of your data.

Too often, we see examples of unethical practices by agents, such as charging exorbitant fees, making false promises, cancelling appointments without informing the client, and even identity theft.

If you plan on using the services of an immigration agency, please exercise vigilance. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝.

If your Schengen visa has been approved, congratulations! Make sure to follow the travel plan you submitted in your application. Deviating from your predetermined travel plan may result in refusal of future visas to Schengen countries.
