*উত্তরবঙ্গে কৃষিভিত্তিক অর্থনৈতিক কেন্দ্র সৃষ্টিতে ৩ হাজার কোটি টাকার বিশেষ প্রণোদনা। এ ছাড়াও দেশজুড়ে ৬০ হাজার কোটি টাকা কৃষি ঋণ বিতরণের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা*

চলতি অর্থবছরে ৬০, ০০০ কোটি টাকা কৃষি ও পল্লী ঋণ বিতরণের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ করেছে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক। পাশাপাশি খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা ও উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধিতে কৃষিতে ১০,০০০ কোটি টাকার পুন:অর্থায়ন তহবিল এবং উত্তরবঙ্গকে বিশেষ কৃষি হাব হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে ৩,০০০ কোটি টাকার 'রিজিয়ন-স্পেসিফিক' পুন:অর্থায়ন তহবিল ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে।

'বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক পডকাস্ট'-এর এবারের পর্বে কৃষি ঋণের নতুন দিগন্ত তথা উত্তরবঙ্গকে কৃষি হাবে রূপান্তরের উদ্যোগ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেছেন বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের কৃষি ঋণ বিভাগের যুগ্মপরিচালক মোঃ আক্তারুল ইসলাম।
