Governance Policy Explore Center (GPEC) - the Innovators was registered in March, 2008 under the Society Registration Act 1860 and in join Stock of Companies under the Ministry of Commerce, the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to contribute towards search for solutions to endemic poverty, injustice, gender inequality, women empowerment, environmental degradation and good governance at the local, national and global levels. The philosophy, ideas and actions of the organization focus on pluralistic, participatory and sustainable development and seek to challenge the narrow theoretical and policy approaches derived

• Make the people of Bangladesh conscious on policy issues affecting their lives
and the future of the country.
• Create a national climate for public discussion of important national policy issues
with a view to building up broad based support for such policies.
• Periodical policy dialogues through the medium of workshops, seminars and
conferences at the national and international level.
• Policy dialogues for national and international audience.
• Organizing special training and programs relating to the policy issues.
• Policy publications.
