The East West University Sociology Club organized a General Meeting featuring an engaging session on Presentation and Anchoring Skills for its members.

The session was conducted by Abdullah Al Jubair Fahim, former Panel Member and Event Coordinator of the Club and currently serving as a Student Executive at the Career Counseling Centre. He shared valuable insights and practical guidelines on effective presentation delivery and anchoring.

The session provided members with an opportunity to strengthen their communication skills, gain practical knowledge, and reflect on their experiences throughout the semester.

The East West University Sociology Club conducted a Community Outreach and Social Work Program at সাতারকুল প্রতিবন্ধী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা, Satarkul, Dhaka.

The initiative brought Club members together with the organization’s members through meaningful interaction, social engagement, and shared experiences, fostering inclusion, dignity, empathy, and recognition of individual abilities.

Through this initiative, the Club continues to promote social awareness, community engagement, and meaningful social action, creating opportunities for students to connect sociological knowledge with real-world experiences and contribute to a more inclusive society.

East West University Sociology Club organized a Dengue Prevention Awareness Campaign for the residents of Aftabnagar.

The effort focused on encouraging a clean, mosquito-free environment, raising awareness about dengue symptoms, and promoting preventive habits across the community. The initiative included hanging posters in key areas, guiding residents on cleaning mosquito breeding spots, and distributing informative leaflets.

The club remains committed to advancing community wellbeing and social responsibility.
