পরিবার পার্থিব শান্তির একটি আবাসস্থল কিন্তু আমরা জানিনা যে কি করে এই আবাসকে সুখী ও নিরাপদ করতে হয়। নিজের অজ্ঞতা ও ঔদ্ধত্য দিয়ে এই আবাসটিকে যাতে নরক না বানিয়ে ফেলি তার জন্য সচেষ্ট হওয়া উচিৎ। যদি প্রত্যাশা করেন আপনাদের পারিবারিক জীবন সুখের হোক, আপনার ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্ম সফল হোক, তাহলে আসুন কেবল একটি দিনের কর্মশালা থেকে আমাদের করণীয় নির্ধারন করি।
গুলশানের বারিধারাতে তিনতারা মানের একটি মনোরোম হোটেলে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ভিন্নধর্মী এই কর্মশালা। এই কর্মশালার পরিচালনায় থাকবেন ঢাকা বিশ^বিদ্যালয়ের সাবেক অধ্যাপক ও মনোবিদ মু. নাজমুল হক ও চিকিৎসা মনোবিজ্ঞানী ফার্জনা ফাতেমা।
এই কর্মশালায় যা থাকছে:
- সাংসারিক জীবনের ভুলগুলোকে চিহ্নিত করা ও তার গ্রহণযোগ্য সমাধান,
- মানসিক চাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ বা তা থেকে দূরে থাকার উপায়,
- রাগ, ভয় ও লোভের আগুন থেকে নিজেকে রক্ষা করার উপায় এবং,
- পারিবারিক প্রশান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠার সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট কৌশল আয়ত্ত করা।
- তাছাড়াও থাকছে ব্যাপক বিনোদন, মজাদার খাদ্য, পানীয় এবং আরো অনেক কিছু।
