The International Climate Finance Cell (ICFC), established within ERD, works to strategically access and manage climate finance from bilateral, regional, and multilateral sources. By identifying and prioriti

zing climate projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with international funding requirements, the ICFC strengthens Bangladesh’s ability to secure and utilize climate finance effectively.
