The Golden Circle has three layers: WHY, HOW, and WHAT.

WHY is your purpose—your belief, your reason for existing.

HOW is the process—the values or methods that make you different.

WHAT is the result—the product, service, or action people can see.

Most individuals and organizations communicate from the outside in: what they do and how they do it. But inspiring leaders start from the inside out. They begin with WHY.

When you clearly understand and communicate your WHY, trust grows, motivation increases, and leadership becomes natural. Whether you are building a career, a business, or a personal brand—start with WHY, and everything else will follow.

Being creative isn’t about making the perfect piece or delivering the best idea. It’s about taking the risk, going with the flow, and opening doors that would otherwise be shut. Whether you are just starting out or have 20+ years of experience in your career - whatever “career” means to you - the firsts are never perfect, right? But how else would you learn? You have to go for it despite all the insecurities and doubts. The best part is crossing that divide and realizing that you’re part of a whole community of “creatives” who experience the process daily.

• ২–৫ মিনিট দিয়ে শুরু করুন: লম্বা সেশন দরকার নেই।
• একটা শান্ত জায়গা বেছে নিন: রুমের কোণ, চেয়ার—যেখানে আরাম লাগে।
• সহজভাবে বসুন: পিঠ সোজা, কাঁধ ঢিলা। পারফেক্ট পোজ দরকার নেই।
• শ্বাসে মন দিন: নিঃশ্বাস নিন…..... ছাড়ুন। মন অন্যদিকে গেলে আবার শ্বাসে ফিরিয়ে আনুন।
• টাইমার ব্যবহার করুন: বারবার ফোন দেখার দরকার হবে না।
• গাইডেড অডিও ট্রাই করুন: ইউটিউব/অ্যাপ শুরুতে অনেক সাহায্য করে।
• ধৈর্য ধরুন: ৩ দিনে জ্ঞানী হওয়া যায় না — নিয়মিত থাকাই আসল শক্তি।
• একই সময়ে প্র্যাকটিস করুন: এতে অভ্যাস সহজে তৈরি হয়।
• নিজেকে তুলনা করবেন না: মন ব্যস্ত? নরমাল। আবার শুরু করুন।
• সময় ধীরে বাড়ান: যখন আরাম লাগবে, তখন সময় একটু বাড়ান।
