কচুয়ায় নবাগত উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার (ইউএনও) মো. হেলাল চৌধুরীকে ফুলেল শুভেচ্ছা ও মতবিনিময় করেছেন কচুয়া বঙ্গবন্ধু সরকারি কলেজ রোভার স্কাউট গ্রুপের সদস্যবৃন্দ। বুধবার সকালে ইউএনও কার্যালয়ে কচুয়া সরকারি পাইলট উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় স্কাউট গ্রুপ, কচুয়া ক্যামব্রিয়ান স্কুল স্কাউট গ্রুপ, কচুয়া সানরাইজ ওপেন স্কাউট গ্রুপ ও কচুয়া আদর্শ ওপেন স্কাউট গ্রুপের সার্বিক সহযোগিতা এ সৌজন্য সাক্ষাৎ ও মতবিনিময় করা হয়। এছাড়াও উপজেলা প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কর্মকর্তা মো. রাকিবুল ইসলামের সাথেও সৌজন্য সাক্ষাৎ করেন স্কাউটস সদস্যবৃন্দ।

The SDGs, or Sustainable Development Goals, are a set of 17 interconnected goals adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015. They represent a global commitment to achieving a better and more sustainable future for all by 2 2030.

Here's a breakdown of the key points about the SDGs:

17 Goals: The SDGs encompass a wide range of areas, including poverty, hunger, health, education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, life on land, peace, justice and strong institutions, and partnerships for the goals.

Integration: The SDGs are designed to be tackled together. Progress in one area can influence progress in others. For example, improving education (Goal 4) can contribute to reducing poverty (Goal 1) and achieving gender equality (Goal 5).

Leaving No One Behind: The SDGs emphasize the importance of leaving no one behind. This means ensuring that everyone, everywhere, benefits from sustainable development. Special attention is paid to the needs of the most vulnerable, such as people living in poverty, women and girls, and indigenous communities.

June 7th, Bear Grylls' birthday!

He's a renowned adventurer, survival expert, and television personality. Many know him from his show Man vs. Wild, where he demonstrates survival techniques in harsh environments.

Bear Grylls is also the Chief Scout for The Scout Association in the United Kingdom. He's held this position since 2009, making him the organization's youngest-ever Chief Scout. In this role, he serves as a public face for the Scouts and inspires young people to develop new skills and embrace adventure.
