МЗС відомо про випадки, коли в окремих державах ЄС у громадян України, у тому числі у жінок, під час оформлення тимчасового захисту вимагаються відомості з "Резерв+".

❗Важливо. Такі випадки не є масовими та пов'язані із запровадженням ЄС нових правил отримання тимчасового захисту (рішення Ради ЄС 2026/1912 від 30.07.2026) та відсутністю станом на сьогодні єдиних централізованих роз'яснень щодо їхнього застосування.
Ситуація має тимчасовий характер, і українська сторона очікує від ЄС якнайшвидшого унормування практики.

❓Що необхідно зробити вже зараз при виїзді з України.
Для уникнення можливих труднощів під час оформлення тимчасового захисту в країнах ЄС радимо всім громадянам України, незалежно від статі та віку, під час виїзду з України отримувати штамп (відмітку) про перетин кордону в закордонному паспорті від офіцера Державної прикордонної служби України.

Information for citizens of Ukraine traveling abroad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is aware of cases where Ukrainian citizens, including women, have been asked to provide data from the "Reserve+" app when applying for temporary protection in certain EU member states.

❗Important. Such cases are not widespread and are related to the introduction of new EU rules on granting temporary protection (EU Council Decision 2026/1912 of July 30, 2026) and the current lack of unified, centralized guidance on their implementation.
This situation is temporary, and the Ukrainian side expects the EU to standardize this practice as soon as possible.

❓What should be done right now when leaving Ukraine.
To avoid potential difficulties when applying for temporary protection in EU countries, we advise all citizens of Ukraine, regardless of gender and age, to ensure they receive a border crossing stamp in their international passport from an officer of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine upon departure.

🇧🇪 Віцепрем’єр-міністр Максім Прево та 🇺🇦 Міністр охорони здоров’я Віктор Ляшко відкрили операційні для щелепно-лицевої хірургії в Києві
Два операційні блоки в Київській обласній клінічній лікарні відремонтували та оснастили в межах програми BE-Relieve, яку реалізує агентство Enabel. Невдовзі коштом Бельгії також встановлять сучасну хірургічну навігаційну систему, необхідну для складних втручань на обличчі й черепі.
🪡 Enabel підтримує розвиток щелепно-лицевої хірургії в партнерстві з Міністерство охорони здоров'я України та Superhumans Center. Проєкт передбачає створення центрів експертизи в Києві та Львові. До ініціативи залучена й бельгійська компанія Materialise, яка виробляє індивідуальні 3D-імпланти для реконструкції кісток обличчя та щелеп.
На відкритті операційних бельгійська делегація поспілкувалася з ветеранами, які успішно пройшли багатоетапне лікування після поранень, і професором Андрієм Копчаком, експертом із щелепно-лицевої хірургії.
🗣 «За кожною тяжкою травмою обличчя стоїть людина, яка хоче повернути собі гідність і самостійність та знову жити повноцінним життям. Технології, розроблені в Бельгії, сьогодні дають українським лікарям змогу проводити надзвичайно складні реконструктивні операції. Це конкретна експертиза, яку ми можемо поставити на службу людям, пораненим у цій війні», – наголосив Віцепрем’єр-міністр Бельгії Максім Прево.
🏥 Загальний обсяг бельгійських інвестицій у Київська обласна клінічна лікарня становить понад 2,5 млн євро. Раніше з бюджету програми BE-Relieve було облаштовано інклюзивний вхід та оновлено ліфти в одному з корпусів лікарні. Також завершується реалізація простору Care for Carers для психологічного розвантаження медиків.

🇧🇪 Deputy Prime Minister Maxime Prévot and 🇺🇦 Minister of Health Viktor Liashko inaugurate new operating theatres in Kyiv
Two operating theatres have been renovated and equipped for craniomaxillofacial (CMF) surgery under the BE-Relieve programme, implemented by Enabel. A modern surgical navigation system for complex facial and cranial procedures is also due to be installed shortly, funded by Belgium.
🪡 Enabel supports the development of CMF surgery in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Superhumans War Trauma Centre. The project encompasses the establishment of centres of CMF expertise in Kyiv and Lviv. The Belgian company Materialise, which produces patient-specific 3D implants for facial and jaw reconstruction, is also part of the initiative.
At the inauguration, the Belgian delegation spoke with veterans who had successfully completed multi-stage treatment following their injuries, as well as with Professor Andrii Kopchak, a CMF surgery expert.
🗣 “Behind every serious facial injury is a person who wants to regain their dignity and independence, and get their life back on track. Technology developed in Belgium now allows Ukrainian doctors to carry out extremely complex reconstructive surgeries. This is very concrete expertise that we can put to the service of those wounded in this war,” said Deputy Prime Minister Prévot.
🏥 The total Belgian support package for Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital now exceeds EUR 2.5 million. BE-Relieve funding previously supported the construction of an accessible entrance and upgrades to lifts in one of the hospital’s buildings. The Care for Carers recovery space for medical staff is also nearing completion.

Last week, we were able to load another truck with humanitarian aid for Ukraine.

A sincere thank you to AZ Herentals for donating valuable medical equipment, hospital beds, medical supplies and surgical materials.

We also express our sincere appreciation to NGO De Leeuw Kyiv for coordinating the transport and helping to ensure that these humanitarian goods reach the places where they are most needed.

This is another great example of how cooperation and solidarity can make a real difference.

This project was carried out under the umbrella of the BUBC Belgium - Ukraine Business Club - The BUBC remains committed to continuing to support Ukraine in every way we can.

‼ The Embassy of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium has addressed the competent Belgian authorities regarding the announced participation of an artist originating from the russian federation in this year's Museumnacht Antwerpen.

At a time when Ukraine continues to defend itself against the ongoing russian military aggression, the participation of representatives of the aggressor state in prominent public cultural events raises important ethical and societal considerations.

During URC 2026 in Gdańsk, I had the pleasure of meeting Alexander De Croo, former Prime Minister of Belgium and now Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

His continued engagement with Ukraine, now also through his important role at United Nations Development Programme - UNDP, is highly valuable as the country continues to focus on recovery, reconstruction and long-term sustainable development.

The support of the United Nations and its agencies remains essential in helping Ukraine strengthen its resilience and build a stable future.

Thank you for the pleasant meeting and for your continued support for Ukraine.

Last week I participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk, an important international platform focused on Ukraine’s reconstruction, recovery and future economic development.

It was a very interesting and valuable event, with strong international attendance and many discussions on investment opportunities, infrastructure, logistics, energy resilience and long-term economic recovery.

It was encouraging to see that Ukraine continues to receive broad and continued support from international partners, institutions and the private sector.

Reconstruction is not only about rebuilding infrastructure. It is also about supporting people, strengthening human capital, creating opportunities and building trust for the future.

For the Belgium–Ukraine Business Club, this kind of dialogue is important. Ukraine’s recovery will need concrete partnerships, practical business cooperation and long-term commitment.
