Who are we?
The European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning - EARLALL - gathers 13 regions from all over Europe (plus observers and partner regions) aiming to influence European policy and to co-operate in projects in the field of lifelong learning. EARLALL’s goals are cooperation and attention to raising the role and visibility of regional and local authorities in the field of lifelong learning at European and international level.
EARLALL offers regional and local authorities the following services: smart partnering; access to information and advice, funding opportunities and partners; influencing future policy and funding; positioning pioneering initiatives and policies; and mutual learning. Members, observers and partners are actively involved in the life of the organisation through their participation in meetings, technical working groups, thematic seminars and other events.
