Zorg ervoor dat u volgende info kunt meegeven:
WIE: uw naam en contactgegevens
WAT: de aard van het incident
WAAR: de exacte locatie van het incident (gebouw, verdieping, lokaalnr., adres)
ERNST van het probleem
HULP die u wenst* (brandweer, ziekenwagen, MUG,...) + info over hulp die ev. SLACHTOFFERS: aantal vermisten/gewonden, aard verwondingen,...
STOFFEN: welke gevaarlijke stoffen zijn betrokken
CONTACT: wie kan ter plaatse worden gecontacteerd
* Ook als een incident onder controle is zonder hulp van buitenaf, brengt u het PerC op de hoogte! Dit omwille van herstel, verzekering, aansprakelijkheid,...
Als alle gevaar is geweken, contacteert u het PerC bij voorkeur via het gewone nummer, e-mail of fax.

details of the incident
exact location of the incident (building/floor/room number of the location/address,…)
immediate danger? fire department/ambulance/…) + information of persons who are already helping out (for example: First Intervention Team,…)
Casualties? Hazardous materials/substances: information of the substances involved
Contact details of persons who can be contacted in case we (or emergency personnel) need more information
Even when an incident occurred that didn’t require our intervention, please inform us in order to distribute the details to the necessary departments (for example insurance or technical support). When all danger has subsided please use the other contact possibilities (tel 7125 or [email protected]). Our response to incidents
