La 13ᵉ session de la Commission parlementaire mixte Maroc–UE s’est tenue à Bruxelles cette semaine. Elle a permis de renforcer le dialogue parlementaire et la concertation politique entre les représentants des deux institutions. Un engagement commun en faveur d’un partenariat stratégique, de la prospérité partagée et de la stabilité régionale.

The 13th session of the Morocco–EU Joint Parliamentary Committee was held in Brussels this week. It provided an opportunity to strengthen parliamentary dialogue and political consultation between representatives of both institutions. A shared commitment to a strategic partnership, shared prosperity, and regional stability.

قدم سعادة السيد أحمد رضا الشامي، يوم الأربعاء 6 ماي 2026، أوراق اعتماده بصفته سفيرًا مفوضا فوق العادة لصاحب الجلالة ملك المغرب لدى الاتحاد الأوروبي، إلى سعادة السيد أنطونيو كوستا، رئيس المجلس الأوروبي، وكذلك إلى صاحبة السعادة السيدة أورسولا فاندر لاين، رئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية.

His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Reda Chami presented, on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, his Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of His Majesty the King of Morocco to the European Union to His Excellency Mr. António Costa, President of the European Council, as well as to Her Excellency Ms. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission.

Son Excellence Monsieur Ahmed Reda Chami a présenté, ce mercredi 6 mai 2026, ses lettres de créance en tant qu’Ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire de Sa Majesté le Roi du Maroc auprès de l’Union européenne à Son Excellence Monsieur António Costa, Président du Conseil européen, ainsi qu’à Son Excellence Madame Ursula von der Leyen, Présidente de la Commission européenne.

وقّع المغرب والاتحاد الأوروبي في 27 مارس 2026 ببروكسيل اتفاقًا يقضي بتمديد مشاركة المملكة في برنامج “بريما” للفترة 2025–2027، بمساهمة مغربية قدرها 6.6 ملايين يورو. ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تعزيز البحث العلمي والابتكار في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، من خلال معالجة تحديات استراتيجية مثل تدبير المياه، والفلاحة المستدامة، والنظم الغذائية، والمرونة المناخية.

ومنذ سنة 2018، رسّخ المغرب مكانته كفاعل أساسي داخل برنامج “بريما”، بمشاركته في 152 مشروعًا من أصل 304، وبحجم استثمار إجمالي بلغ 28.4 مليون يورو. ويُتيح تجديد هذا الالتزام فرصًا جديدة للجامعات والباحثين ومنظومات الابتكار، كما يعزز الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين المغرب والاتحاد الأوروبي خدمةً للتنمية المستدامة

Le Maroc et l’Union européenne ont signé, le 27 mars 2026 à Bruxelles, un accord prolongeant la participation du Royaume au programme PRIMA pour la période 2025–2027, avec une contribution marocaine de 6,6 millions d’euros. Ce partenariat, dédié à la recherche et à l’innovation en Méditerranée, cible des enjeux stratégiques tels que la gestion de l’eau, l’agriculture durable, les systèmes alimentaires et la résilience climatique.

Depuis 2018, le Maroc s’impose comme un acteur de référence au sein de PRIMA, avec 152 projets financés sur 304 et un volume global de 28,4 millions d’euros mobilisés. La reconduction de cet engagement ouvre de nouvelles perspectives aux universités, aux chercheurs et aux écosystèmes d’innovation, tout en consolidant le partenariat stratégique Maroc–Union européenne au service d’un développement durable partagé.

On 27 March 2026 in Brussels, Morocco and the European Union signed an agreement extending the Kingdom’s participation in the PRIMA programme for the period 2025–2027, with a Moroccan contribution of €6.6 million. This partnership, dedicated to research and innovation in the Mediterranean, addresses strategic challenges such as water management, sustainable agriculture, food systems, and climate resilience.

Since 2018, Morocco has established itself as a key player within PRIMA, with 152 projects out of 304 funded and a total investment of €28.4 million. The renewal of this commitment opens new opportunities for universities, researchers, and innovation ecosystems, while further strengthening the strategic partnership between Morocco and the European Union in support of sustainable development.
