How do we continue when we are on the verge of giving up?
Some journeys can be tough, and when we have walked too long without seeing our destination, we may become hopeless.
When hope diminishes, our minds feel more tired. At this stage, when we feel our efforts are futile, it may seem that there is no benefit in continuing, and we feel like giving up, only if we could see that what we are seeking is just a few steps away.
If you have been working towards your goal without success, do not give up. Instead, pause, take some rest, reflect on how you have been doing things and how you can improve, reset your mind by doing what you enjoy, talk to supportive people, and step out again with trust. You will feel much better and soon find success.
