DOWEA - Bahrain Middle High School DOWEA is a field activity of the Office of the Secretary of War. Each region is managed by a Director for Student Excellence.

It is headed by a director who oversees all agency functions from DOWEA headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. DOWEA's schools are divided into three regions; DOWEA Europe; DOWEA Pacific; and DOWEA Americas. Wi

The Crown Prince's International Scholarship Program (CPISP) was established in 1999 by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister. The Program is funded privately by HRH Prince Salman and various local and international sponsoring organizations and individuals who share HRH’s vision of providing exceptional young Bahrainis with the necessary resources to excel and achieve their goals and contribute to the development of a modern Bahraini state.
