The Government of Bermuda invites members of the public to sign the Book of Condolence in honour of the late Sir John W. Swan KBE, JP.

The Book of Condolence is available at the Cabinet Office from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

Members of the community are encouraged to pay their respects and honour Sir John’s legacy and contributions to Bermuda.

Minister of Youth, Social Development and Seniors, Tinée Furbert, recently met with participants of Family Centre’s Youth Leadership Intensive (YLI) 2026 to hear directly from Bermuda’s emerging young leaders.

The programme empowers young people to confidently share their perspectives, engage with decision makers, and help shape solutions to community challenges. During the meeting, Minister Furbert presented four students with the Minister’s Distinguished Award for Presentation and Advocacy in recognition of their outstanding leadership and contributions.

🇧🇲 🇬🇧 The Cabinet Office advised today that the Government of Bermuda's London Office will have an Official Book of Condolence available for signing in honour of the late Sir John W. Swan KBE, JP.

Those in London who wish to sign Sir John's Book of Condolence can visit the London Office Tuesday, June 16, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Book will be available until June 30.

📸 The annual King's Birthday Parade took place today along Front Street.

In attendance was His Excellency the Governor, Mr Andrew Murdoch, Premier David Burt, Cabinet Ministers, members of the Legislature, dignitaries and invited guests.

Today's parade featured marching units from the Royal Bermuda Regiment, the Royal Bermuda Regiment Band & Corps of Drums, the Bermuda Police Service and Bermuda Reserve Police, the Royal Bermuda Regiment Junior Leaders and the Bermuda Sea Cadet Corps. 🇧🇲🥁⚔️🎖✨️
