As we reflect on the individuals who helped shape Bermuda's history, we are reminded that progress is built on courage, service, sacrifice, and a commitment to lifting others. This week's edition includes a powerful National Heroes Day tribute from 3rd Vice President Sis. Erica Swan, honoring two remarkable women whose contributions helped shape Bermuda's labour movement and inspire future generations.

Also in this week's edition:

• The successful signing of a new four-year Collective Bargaining Agreement between the BPSU and the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority
• Practical tips to help members avoid burnout and prioritize their well-being
• A tribute to the late Sir John Swan and recognition of his contributions to Bermuda
• Information on the upcoming BPSU Summer Cruise
• Bartender recruitment opportunities at the BPSU Bar
• Details on the upcoming BPSU World Cup Watch Party

We invite all members to take a few moments to read, reflect, and stay connected with the work of your Union.

On Wednesday, delegates from all 16 BPSU bargaining units came together for the Reconvening of the 9th Triennial Delegates Conference.

Through open discussion, healthy debate, and democratic decision-making, delegates considered proposed constitutional amendments and took important steps to strengthen our Union for the future.

In this video, BPSU President Sis. Nadine Henry shares her reflections on the day's proceedings and the collective commitment shown by delegates to keeping members at the heart of everything we do.
