สรุปมาตรการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราและการให้สิทธิการตรวจลงตราต่าง ๆ ของไทย ปี 2569 (สำหรับผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางธรรมดา) โดยมาตรการดังกล่าวจะมีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2569 เป็นต้นไป

เมื่อวันที่ 30 ส.ค. 2569 นางสาวกุนทินี อักษรวงศ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบราซิเลีย ได้ให้การต้อนรับและเป็นเจ้าภาพการรับประทานอาหารเย็น ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่คณะผู้แทนไทย นำโดยพลตรีภูมิ กัลยาณมิตร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักปฏิบัติการเพื่อความมั่นคง กรมกิจการชายแดน กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนบราซิลเพื่อศึกษาดูงานเกี่ยวกับการเข้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งและการพึ่งพาตนเองของผู้หนีภัยในบราซิล จัดโดยสำนักงานข้าหลวงใหญ่ผู้ลี้ภัยแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNHCR) ประจำประเทศไทย โดยความร่วมมือกับ UNHCR ประจำบราซิล โดยมีนาย Davide Torzilli ผู้แทน UNHCR ประจำประเทศบราซิล และคณะผู้แทนไทยดังกล่าวซึ่งมาจากหลายหน่วยงานภาครัฐของไทย ได้แก่ สำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ กระทรวงมหาดไทย และกระทรวงแรงงาน รวมทั้งนางสาว Jacqueline Stracker เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสด้านการพัฒนาจากUNHCR ประจำประเทศไทย และคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ UNHCR ประจำประเทศไทย ตลอดจนข้าราชการทีมประเทศไทยประจำบราซิลเข้าร่วมด้วย

ในกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นกับคณะผู้แทนไทยข้างต้นเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของไทยกับบราซิลในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือใต้-ใต้ให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งครอบคลุมสาขาการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศด้านนโยบายผู้ลี้ภัย พร้อมนี้ ได้อวยพรให้คณะผู้แทนไทยประสบความสำเร็จกับการศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้

Em 30 de agosto de 2026, S.E. Sra. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Embaixadora da Tailândia no Brasil, recebeu e ofereceu um jantar na Residência Oficial em homenagem à delegação tailandesa — liderada pelo Major-General Bhumi Kalayanamitra, Diretor do Escritório de Operações de Segurança de Fronteiras do Departamento de Assuntos de Fronteira das Forças Armadas Reais da Tailândia. A delegação realizava uma visita de estudo ao Brasil para conhecer iniciativas de inclusão e autossuficiência de refugiados, atividade organizada pela representação do ACNUR na Tailândia em colaboração com a representação do ACNUR no Brasil. Também estiveram presentes o Sr. Davide Torzilli, Representante do ACNUR no Brasil; os referidos delegados tailandeses de diversos órgãos governamentais (como o Escritório do Conselho de Segurança Nacional, o Ministério do Interior e o Ministério do Trabalho), incluindo a Sra. Jacqueline Stracker, Oficial Sênior de Desenvolvimento do ACNUR na Tailândia; bem como funcionários do ACNUR na Tailândia e integrantes da equipe diplomática tailandesa “Team Thailand” no Brasil.

Na ocasião, a Embaixadora discutiu com a delegação tailandesa o potencial de fortalecimento da Cooperação Sul-Sul entre a Tailândia e o Brasil — incluindo em áreas de intercâmbio de conhecimento e compartilhamento de melhores práticas sobre políticas para refugiados — e desejou à delegação uma visita de estudo muito bem-sucedida e proveitosa.

On 30 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, welcomed and hosted a dinner at the Ambassador’s Residence in honor of the Thai Delegation, led by Maj.Gen. Bhumi Kalayanamitra, Director of the Office of Operations for Border Security, Department of Border Affairs of the Royal Thai Armed Forces, who had a study visit to Brazil to learn about the refugee inclusion and self-reliance, organized by the UNHCR Representation in Thailand in collaboration with the UNHCR Representation in Brazil. In attendance were also Mr. Davide Torzilli, UNHCR Representative to Brazil, the said Thai delegates from various Thai government agencies namely the Office of the National Security Council, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Labour, including Ms. Jacqueline Stracker, Senior Development Officer of the UNHCR Thailand, officials of the UNHCR Thailand, and officials of the Team Thailand in Brazil.

On this occasion, the Ambassador exchanged views with the Thai Delegation regarding potential between Thailand and Brazil to further strengthen the South-South Cooperation in areas of knowledge exchanges and sharing of best practices on refugee policy, while wishing them a very successful and fruitful study visit.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบราซิเลีย จัดกงสุลสัญจร ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2569 เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ เมือง Porto Alegre รัฐ Rio Grande do Sul และวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ เมือง Recife รัฐ Pernambuco เพื่อให้บริการด้านกงสุลแก่คนไทย ได้แก่ ทะเบียนราษฎร (การทำสูติบัตร) การทำหนังสือเดินทาง ตลอดจนการให้คำปรึกษาด้านงานกงสุล ซึ่งนับเป็นครั้งแรกที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เดินทางไปให้บริการกงสุลสัญจรในสองรัฐดังกล่าว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและลดภาระในการเดินทางให้แก่คนไทยที่พำนักอยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกลจากกรุงบราซิเลีย และให้สามารถเข้าถึงบริการด้านกงสุลได้อย่างทั่วถึงมากยิ่งขึ้น

อนึ่ง สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ จะประกาศกำหนดการให้บริการกงสุลสัญจร ประจำปี 2570 ในโอกาสต่อไป โดยผู้ที่สนใจสามารถแสดงความประสงค์ขอรับบริการได้ทาง [email protected]

A Embaixada Real da Tailândia em Brasília realizou a segunda edição de 2026 do Serviço Consular Itinerante, nos dias 25 de agosto de 2026, na cidade de Porto Alegre, Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, e 27 de agosto de 2026, na cidade de Recife, Estado de Pernambuco. A missão ofereceu serviços consulares aos cidadãos tailandeses, incluindo serviços de registro civil (solicitação de certidão de nascimento), emissão de passaportes e consultas sobre assuntos consulares.

Esta foi a primeira vez que a Embaixada realizou o Serviço Consular Itinerante nesses dois Estados. A iniciativa teve como objetivo facilitar o acesso aos serviços consulares e reduzir o deslocamento dos cidadãos tailandeses que residem em localidades distantes de Brasília, proporcionando um acesso mais amplo e conveniente aos serviços consulares.

A Embaixada anunciará, oportunamente, o calendário do Serviço Consular Itinerante para 2027. Os interessados em utilizar os serviços consulares poderão manifestar seu interesse pelo e-mail [email protected].

The Royal Thai Embassy in Brasília organized the second mobile consular service of 2026 on 25 August 2026 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, and on 27 August 2026 in Recife, Pernambuco. The mission provided consular services to Thai nationals, including civil registration services (birth certificate applications), passport applications, and consular consultations.

This marked the first time that the Embassy had conducted mobile consular services in these two states. The initiative aimed to facilitate access to consular services and reduce the burden of travel for Thai nationals residing in areas far from Brasília, thereby ensuring more inclusive and accessible consular services.

The Embassy will announce the 2027 mobile consular service in due course. Those interested in receiving consular services may express their interest through [email protected].

ด้วยเมื่อวันที่ 18 ส.ค. 2569 นางสาวกุนทินี อักษรวงศ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบราซิเลีย ได้รับเชิญให้เข้าร่วมการรับประทานอาหารกลางวัน เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ Dr. Kao Kim Hourn เลขาธิการอาเซียน ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนบราซิลเพื่อส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อาเซียน-บราซิล ณ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศบราซิล โดยมีนาย Mauro Vieira รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบราซิลเป็นเจ้าภาพ และคณะเอกอัครราชทูตจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในนามของคณะกรรมการอาเซียนประจำกรุงบราซิเลีย ทั้ง 9 ประเทศ (กัมพูชา อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย เมียนมา ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ ไทย เวียดนาม และติมอร์-เลสเต) พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบราซิลเข้าร่วม

Kundhinee Aksornwong, Embaixadora da Tailândia no Brasil, foi convidada para um almoço em homenagem ao Secretário-Geral da ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, por ocasião de sua visita de trabalho ao Brasil — destinada a fortalecer ainda mais as relações entre a ASEAN e o Brasil — realizado no Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Brasil. O almoço foi oferecido pelo Ministro das Relações Exteriores do Brasil, S.E. Sr. Mauro Vieira, e contou com a presença de embaixadores dos países-membros da ASEAN integrantes do Comitê da ASEAN em Brasília (Camboja, Indonésia, Malásia, Mianmar, Filipinas, Singapura, Tailândia, Vietnã e Timor-Leste), bem como de representantes de alto escalão do Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Brasil.

Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, was invited to join a luncheon in honor of Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, on the occasion of his Working Visit to Brazil to further strengthen ASEAN-Brazil relations, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. The luncheon was hosted by H.E. Mr. Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, and attended by the group of Ambassadors from ASEAN member countries as part of the ASEAN Committee in Brasilia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam, and Timor-Leste), including high-level representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.

O evento foi organizado pela Confederação Brasileira de Muaythai Boran e Krabi Krabong (CBMTBKK) e pela Liga Brasileira de Muaythai Tradicional (LBMTT), com o apoio da Embaixada.

Na ocasião, o Ministro-Conselheiro proferiu o discurso de abertura, expressando seu apreço e reconhecimento pelo empenho de ambas as organizações na promoção e divulgação do Muaythai no Brasil. A Embaixada tem cooperado e apoiado continuamente seus esforços desde 2005. Ressaltou, ainda, que o Muaythai constitui uma importante ponte para promover a amizade e fortalecer os estreitos laços entre os povos da Tailândia e do Brasil.

Após as competições, o Ministro-Conselheiro, juntamente com os funcionários da Embaixada e a Equipe Tailândia, entregou os cinturões aos vencedores e parabenizou todos os participantes por suas conquistas.

He also emphasized that Muaythai serves as a bridge for fostering friendship and strengthening the close ties between the peoples of Thailand and Brazil.

Following the competition, the Minister Counselor and the officials of the Embassy and Team Thailand presented championship belts to the winners and congratulated all participants on their achievements.
