The Government of The Bahamas continues to advance its vision for a modern and efficient justice system with the next phase of development for the new Judicial Complex.

Following the successful demolition of the former Rodney Bain building, the Attorney-General, members of the Judiciary, project consultants, and contractors participated in an informational briefing outlining the upcoming stages of construction and design for the state-of-the-art facility.

The session provided stakeholders with an update on project timelines, technical plans, and key milestones as preparations continue for the commencement of construction. The new Judicial Complex represents a significant investment in the administration of justice and forms part of the Government’s broader commitment to strengthening the nation’s legal infrastructure and improving access to judicial services for all Bahamians.
