Inter-House Dzongkha Book Talk Competition

The Inter-House Dzongkha Book Talk Competition was conducted today, providing students with a meaningful platform to share their understanding, reflections and appreciation of Dzongkha literature.

The competition encouraged students to develop their reading habits, communication skills, confidence and appreciation for our national language and literature. Such activities also help nurture a deeper connection with Bhutanese culture, values and identity.

Strengthening School Facilities Through Community Support

We are pleased to share that our school has procured a grass cutter machine, which will greatly support the regular maintenance and upkeep of our school surroundings. This will contribute to creating a cleaner, safer and greener learning environment for our children.

This initiative was made possible through the kind efforts of Mrs. Tshering Zangmo, Administrative Assistant, who sought generous contributions from the following supporters:
Hotel Holiday Home, Paro – Nu. 8,000
Deki Lhamo and Tenzin Dorji (Former Teachers) – Nu. 3,000
School Management Board (SMB) Members – Nu. 7,000
Total Contribution: Nu. 18,000

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous contributors for their kindness, support and commitment towards the well-being of our school. Games and Sports Competition

Today, our school successfully conducted the Inter-House Chess and Ta Nor competitions for both boys and girls. The competitions provided students with an opportunity to showcase their strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sportsmanship in a healthy and friendly competitive environment.

World Scout Scarf Day Observed at our school

Today, our Chey Chey Scouts proudly observed World Scout Scarf Day by wearing their scout scarves with pride and enthusiasm. The occasion reminded our young scouts of the values of scouting such as honesty, kindness, discipline, helpfulness, and service to others.

The celebration encouraged our children to feel a sense of belonging to the worldwide Scout family while strengthening their commitment to living by the Scout Promise and Law in their daily lives.
