Harmony Youth Volunteers - HYV Under Thimphu Youth Centre attached with Programme & Youth Coordination Division, DEP, MoESD for youth volunteerism and engagement

The Harmony Youth Volunteers, a youth volunteer group, was first launched on August 12, 2010 coinciding with the observation of the International Youth Day at Harmony: The Centenary Youth Village in Thimphu. The group works with the Youth Center Division of the Department of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Education and supports Harmony Youth Center in coordinating and implementing programmes and activities. It also initiates its own activities at the Center. The group was earlier known as Harmony Youth Support Group.
