The reported block has been cleared for all types of vehicles.

A road block has been reported along the Dochula–Wangdue PNH at Menchuna (Ch. 32.50 km).

As the slide remains active, it is currently unsafe for the machine operator to carry out clearing works. A machine will be deployed at around 6:00 AM tomorrow, 7 September 2026, to clear the main slide as well as other minor blocks along the route.

Commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly and exercise caution.

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS

Extension of PQ Submission Deadline – Gelephu–Tareythang Road and Bridge Project
Date: 3 September 2026
This is to notify all prospective applicants that the deadline for submission of Pre-qualification (PQ) Document for the Gelephu–Tareythang Road and Bridge Project will be extended by approximately 3-4 weeks.

Accordingly, all prospective applicants are requested to hold their PQ submissions until further notice. Further information regarding the revised deadline and any associated amendments to the PQ document will be communicated in due course.
