His Excellency Adel Hussain Aljassam joined His Excellency Finance Minister Lakey Dorji, alongside senior officials of the Royal Government of Bhutan, in offering butter lamps at the Grand Kuenrey of Tashichodzong, on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck’s 46th Birth Anniversary.
