Gaselo Primary School participated in the Inter-School Cricket Competition organized by the Dzongkhag Cricket Association, Wangdue Phodrang. The school team performed exceptionally well and secured the Runner-Up position among the participating schools in Wangdue Dzongkhag. Participation in such competitions helps students develop physical fitness, hand-eye coordination, stamina, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Gaselo Primary School successfully completed the Grassroot Criiio Program conducted from 16th May 2026 to 24th May 2026. The program provided young players with valuable opportunities to learn teamwork, leadership, discipline, communication, and sportsmanship through fun and engaging activities. It was a wonderful experience filled with learning, enjoyment, skill development, and active participation for all the students.

Gaselo Primary School successfully conducted an Inter-House Cricket Competition on 9 May 2026. The competition aimed to encourage students to support, cheer, and help one another. We were pleased to participate in the Inter-School Cricket Competition 2026 at Bajo Higher Secondary School. Through these activities, students developed teamwork, cooperation, communication skills, and learned how to handle both winning and losing. The Chey Scouts hiking event was organized on 18th April 2026, and all Scout masters and parents accompanied the children for this important occasion. The main aim of this scouting activity for young children (typically Classes PP to III, or ages 5–8) was to foster holistic development through playful outdoor experiences. These hikes are part of a broader educational initiative to inculcate core values and life skills at an early age. The school management would like to thank all the parents involved in this event.
