Kintsukuroi Mental Health Support Circle

In Japanese culture, Kintsukuroi is the art of repairing broken pottery with gold. The idea is simple yet powerful: something can become even more beautiful and resilient after it has been broken and repaired.
Our mental health is not so different. The scars we carry are not signs of weakness. They can become the golden seams of our story.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or simply in need of a space where people truly understand, we invite you to step into the circle.Hosted by I am Boemo Laba, this weekly support circle is a safe space for reflection, connection, and shared healing.

What you can expect:
• A confidential and non-judgmental environment
• Honest conversations with people who understand
• The freedom to share your story or simply listen
• Practical coping tools and shared experiences

Sometimes the most powerful words you can hear are simply: “Me too.”Please note that this is not a replacement for therapy or psychiatric care, but a supportive community where we walk alongside one another on the journey toward wellness.
