Industrial Court of Botswana The Industrial Court is a court of law and equity, created by Section 14 of the Trade Disputes Act No 6 of 2016.

The Industrial Court has exclusive jurisdictions in all labour disputes and it ranks equally to the High Court in its status and powers.
