11. What does it really means to understand your "WHY"?

Discovering your “why” means understanding the deeper reason behind what drives you in life, beyond just what you do or want to achieve. It is the personal purpose that keeps you motivated, focused, and persistent even during difficult times. Your “why” could come from your values, dreams, struggles, or the kind of future you want to build, such as providing for your family, achieving freedom, helping others, or growing into a better version of yourself. When you know your why, life feels more meaningful because your choices and actions become guided by a clear sense of direction and purpose.

Ikigai (生き甲斐) is a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being”

The thing that makes life feel meaningful and worth living.

At its core, Ikigai sits at the intersection of four key areas:

1.What you love (your passion)

2.What you are good at (your skills)

3.What the world needs from you (your purpose)

4.What you can be paid for (your profession)

When these four overlap, that’s where your Ikigai lives.

10. Why is it like nowadays relationships aren't working like they used to?

Most relationships today don’t fail because love is absent, but because pressure slowly overwhelms it, financial stress, expectations from family or society, constant comparison on social media, and the demand to “have it all together” too quickly. These external forces can create tension, misunderstandings, and emotional distance, making it hard for love to breathe and grow, even when it’s genuinely there.

Life will always have a window for interruptions that we can’t even avoid, moments that arrive unannounced and unsettle our plans, reminding us that control is often an illusion... yet within these disruptions lies a quiet opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign, because sometimes what feels like a delay is actually a redirection toward something greater, teaching us patience, resilience, and the strength to keep moving forward despite the unexpected.

9.What normally makes people forget winter is coming during summer season??

Alright, but is not only about that. Sometimes in life we discard or neglect certain things, dreams, relationships, talents, or even parts of ourselves because they seem useless or outdated in the moment, yet with time we often realize that those very things still carry purpose and value beyond what we first understood. What we overlook today may later become essential, teaching us that not everything that appears insignificant is truly without worth, and that growth often involves rediscovering and appreciating what we once ignored🌱😌

8.Why do we always have to go through challenges, trials and tribulations before we can even fulfil the assignment of God?

Let's take an example with a man named Jonah in the bible, His problems did not begin in the storm, they began the moment he chose to run from God’s assignment over his life (Jonah 1:1–3). Many times, the struggles we face are not attacks from the outside, but consequences of disobedience on the inside; when we ignore God’s direction, we often invite unnecessary storms, delays, and discomfort into our journey. Like Jonah, we may try to escape, but God’s purpose will always pursue us, not to destroy us, but to redirect us. The lesson is simple yet powerful, obedience may not always be easy, but it saves us from avoidable battles and aligns us with God’s perfect plan.

Your followership is as important as your leadership. Because without the people who support, engage, and believe in your vision, even the strongest leadership has no impact. True influence is built on connection, trust, and consistency from both sides.

7. What should a person do when the people who are supposed to support them be the ones hurting them the most?

When the people who are supposed to support you are the ones hurting you the most, it’s important to first accept that their behavior is not okay, no matter their role in your life, and then begin protecting your peace by setting clear but respectful boundaries, whether that means speaking up about how you feel, limiting what you share, or distancing yourself from situations that cause pain; you don’t have to fight or disrespect them, but you also don’t have to tolerate being hurt, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is choose your own well-being and surround yourself with people who treat you with the care and respect you deserve.
