XPOSE LEGEND is primarily a life skills coaching aAgency. We operate as , also a business whose
mandate is to provide support and enable resources for the development of youth. To do so,
Xpose Legend strengthens through Private Public Partnership in two ways. Firstly, we help the
government fulfill its role in nationwide development. Secondly, we assist the private sector to
uphold their corpo
rate social responsibilities. This is to bridge the gap of government development role and assisting private sector on fulfilment of their corporate social initiative programme. Specifically, Xpose Legend seeks to increase human capital and promotes the holistic growth of
young people. We focus on four main vehicles to achieve our mandate: team building, life skills
facilitation in retreat and recreation, psychosocial support for orphans and vulnerable children,
and theatre for development. Xpose Legend has worked with in-school youth, out-of-school
youth, civil society, non-governmental organizations and corporate partners.The role of our

PSYCHYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT FOR ORPHANS AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN PROGRAMMING
Xpose Legend has identified orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) as a special group
needing particular attention. Similarly to the life skills facilitations, we have worked both with
teachers and students. But Xpose Legend has not stopped there. We attempt to strengthen
linkages between counselling support in the communities, social workers, teachers and parents
at home. We use learner-centered exercises for personal development. This is essential in helping persons from marginalized communities or those who have been overwhelmed by challenges in life.Learner centred exercise for personal development for persons

Too often in Botswana we see that adults encourage youth to change their attitudes and
behaviors. But rarely are they invited to take part in the teaching. Xpose Legend is trying to change this through Theatre for Development. It strengthens peer education by using a medium
that youth love—drama. It is swift and effective because it places the target in the situation
that needs to be addressed. Then the viewer can make his or her own decisions about life
change. This methodology is complimented by life skills as to ensure the delivery or key messages in the
drama.This is a strategy of promotion and effective in messages that needs swift change of
ATTITUDE and BEHAVIOUR. The methodology utilizes theatre in involving the target by placing
them in the state/situation that needs to be changed or addressed. The methodology is complimented by life skills as guide to ensuring delivery or reach of key
