At the OPEC Fund Development Forum, the OPEC President Dr. Abdulhamid Alkhalifa and Vice President and Minister of Finance Ndaba Gaolathe signed a US$780,000 grant agreement for technical assistance to support debt management and fiscal consolidation under the OPEC Fund’s Country Partnership Framework (CPF).

The CPF lays out a roadmap for support across infrastructure, renewable energy, innovation and digital transformation, as well as private sector export-led growth for 2025–2028.
