🍲While visiting the Boswa Culinary Institute of Botswana in Maun, the Embassy team enjoyed a taste of traditional Setswana cuisine with a modern twist, prepared by the students and their chef.

We sampled crushed mopane worms on toast and seswaa balls served with a tasty sauce.

A big thank you to the students and staff for sharing their talent and passion with us.

Boswa Culinary Institute is sponsored by the American company Bolux Group, helping support the development of Botswana’s future culinary professionals.
