Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Hon. Noah Salakae is back from an official trip in Macau, China.

He attended the 17th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF).

The trip focused on strengthening global partnerships and securing infrastructure financing for Botswana’s national development priorities.

Minister Salakae was a featured speaker at the forum, which convened over 3,000 delegates, 50 Government ministers and leading global engineering and financial institutions.

The Ministry utilized the platform to explore new financing models, emerging trends, and strategic partnerships to shape and boost infrastructure development across Botswana.

He was accompanied by Dr. Oupa Tsheko, Chief of Staff in the Office of the President, and senior officers from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
