BUILDING CONTROL
Requirements
-fully completed application form for planning and building permission
-4 copies of each set of drawings/plans in A2 sizes
-copy of plot certificate or lease agreement
-payment(see perusal fees schedule attached)

*In addition:information required for change of land-use/subdivision/consolidation
-certified copy of ID(omang)
-letter stating reasons for change of land use/subdivision
-neighborhood consultation(change of land use)
-submit registered physical planner certification

Turnaround time
-issuence of building permits-1 week
-subdivision and change of land use-6 weeks

Good day all!

Sorry for the delayed update, we promised on Monday to get back to you by Tuesday something which never materialized. And for that we apologize. As it stands we are almost back to normal, with hopes that by next week we'll be all systems go. But we are proud to say that our offices are now habitable and our phone lines are back on. Please be reminded that BURS is still here with your tax return services, KDC with public health, building control and preschool registration. Thank you for your patience and understanding

It is with great disappointment that we notify you that our offices are unable to offer services as the case should be. Those in molepolole might be aware of the situation that we find ourselves in following last night's rains. We are currently working hard to rectify the situation, with hope that by business hours tomorrow we'll be able to give you better feedback. Thank you and good day

The public is hereby informed that Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) has started to offer services in Molepolole Service Centre.

1.Receipt of completed individual and corporate returns
2. Issuance of income tax returns
3. Application for and issuance of tax clearance certificates
4. Issuance of VAT returns
5. Submission of PAYE, withholding tax and other withholding tax returns
6. General enquiries

Good afternoon everyone! Market stall applications are on again. The requirements are as follows
1. interested individuals should be aged between 18years and above with a valid identity card
2. Persons should not be permanently employed
3. They should be residents of Kweneng District Council.

You submit the following
-certified copy of omang
-a letter from the village or ward kgosi with Tribal Administration Department stamp affirming that the individual is a resident of that particular village in Kweneng District
-a letter stating clearly the type of stall applied for. The letter must clearly indicate their physical and postal addresses as well as telephone numbers

NB: applicants are not allowed to apply for more than one type of stall

1. Applicants should pay a non-refundable fee of P20.00 payable by cash at Council Revenue Office,at Molepolole Customer Service Centre at Mafenyatlala mall. Proof of such payment must accompany the submission.

2. All applications must be hand delivered and applicants registered upon submission of the letters,at Molepolole Service Center from 0730-1230pm and from 1345-1630pm from 19-03 May 2016. Please note, any application sent by email,facsimile or any unprescribed manner shall not be considered as response to this invitation to tender.

3. The closing date for receipt of submissions is 03 May 2016 at 1630hrs
